The Preceptorship program is a 3-day immersive shadowing experience designed for licensed healthcare professionals who want to observe real aesthetic treatments on actual patients in a fully operational medical spa setting. This is not a hands-on injection course — it’s an opportunity to learn by watching an expert practice in real time, seeing exactly how consultations, treatments, and patient interactions unfold in a high-volume aesthetic clinic.
A valid and current medical license is required to attend.

The Preceptorship is ideal for providers who are considering entering aesthetics and want to experience what a real practice looks like before committing to hands-on training. It also suits providers who have completed prior training and want to observe advanced techniques and patient management in action before practicing independently.
What You’ll Experience
Over 3 full days, you’ll shadow Beeta Rahmani, NP through live patient consultations and treatments. You’ll observe how full-face assessments are conducted, how treatment plans are customized for each patient, how neurotoxins and dermal fillers are applied across a range of treatment areas, and how complications and patient concerns are managed in real time. You’ll also see how a high-performing aesthetic practice operates day to day — from patient communication to clinical documentation to treatment flow.
What’s Included
3 full days of supervised shadowing with Beeta Rahmani, NP. Exposure to real patient consultations and live treatments across neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic services. Observation of full-face assessment and treatment planning. Certificate of Completion.
